A little less Dervish abuse, and Blinding Flash is now massively strong. I've been using it and overusing it in my Invole-chain Lightning build, with no energy problems at all. Glad I don't use melee characters anymore for RA.

*facepalm at b-flash buff*
Now we'll see eles able to spam both bsurge and bflash on recharge. And then dervishes are still hella strong.

More melee hate because dervishes are too powerful. Which means, warriors and sins will cry more. In RA, at least, which is where I play. I see everyone running Bflash now.
Thing is, it won't even affect dervishes much. They have excellent ways to remove conditions from themselves.

I guess they need the Elite Xunlai Bakery Agents to bake all those cupcakes. Must be quite a chore.

They were the ones abusing Avatar skills, specifically Balthazar, which triggered the skill changes.

pretty uneventful update but then again, I wasn't expecting much. Hopefully, in May we can get that paragon skill update that was supposed to follow the Dervish overhaul.

.....Eeeeeh, did I read that right? They buffed B-flash? H'what? That's like....changing frenzy or something at this point; the skill's been unchanged (as far as I remember) since the beginning.
